- Removed high-voltage 277V disconnects and associated wiring no longer in use.
- Installed new 120V/208V branch circuits with weatherproof 2-pole 250V/20A disconnects for display infrastructure.
CommercialFluke Load Monitoring – 30-Day Electrical Load Analysis
- Installed a dedicated 120V/20A receptacle connected to the existing power distribution panel.
- Supplied, installed, and removed a calibrated load monitoring and logging system.
- Generated and submitted a complete analytical report documenting 30 days of continuous load testing.
CommercialLift Station 35 – Complete Electrical System Modernization
- Demolished and removed all outdated electrical components including panels, SCADA box, conduits, wiring, and rack assemblies.
- Installed new freestanding rack structure with pump control panel, electrical disconnect, transducer, and flow switch integrations.
- Laid underground conduit systems and wiring networks to support two pumps, flow sensors, and transducer equipment.
- Relocated and reinstalled existing SCADA communication system including antenna and housing unit.

- Removed and replaced existing outdoor junction box to ensure safe and code-compliant housing of connections.
- Installed new conduit runs and feeder wiring from the updated junction box to the designated electrical panel.

CommercialBuilding 716 Fire Alarm Upgrade – DHL Zone
- Installed and connected new fire alarm horn/strobe device with associated conduit, junction boxes, and fire-rated wiring.
- Performed required core drilling and applied fireproofing sealants to all penetrations in accordance with code.
- Completed pre-testing and coordinated inspections with AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction).
- Coordinated integration and scheduling with Honeywell for fire alarm system programming and verification.

- Installed conduit and wire runs from the electrical panel to the new step-down transformer and dedicated outlet.
- Installed and connected new step-down transformer and NEMA-rated receptacle to serve hose cutting equipment.

- Installed new feeder wires to HVAC unit in new conduits, installed a new breaker and a new HVAC disconnect, including reconnection.
- Installed a service receptacle next to HVAC unit (required by electrical code).
CommercialCC-G to CC-H Charger Relocation & Electrical Upgrade
- Disconnected and removed all existing electrical equipment, including electrical disconnect, 3 charger units, 6 cable wheel posts, electrical conduits, and wires.
- Installed and connected a new electrical disconnect, existing charger units, existing cable wheel posts, including all needed conduits, wires, and fittings.
- Installed new feeder conduits and wire for 3 existing charger units, including a new circuit breaker.

- Panel "TELCO": Installed 1x SPD 208Y/120V, 3-phase, 200kA with LED indicators (NEMA 1R), and 1x 3-phase, 30A breaker (GE A-Series II).
- Panel "NLB1": Installed 1x SPD 208Y/120V, 3-phase, 200kA with LED indicators (NEMA 1R), and 1x 3-phase, 30A breaker (GE A-Series II).
CommercialFlamingo Parking Garage – Security Camera Installation
- Furnished and installed new security cameras throughout the Flamingo Motor Parking facility.
- Installed all associated electrical conduit runs to support camera infrastructure.
